The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award has been supporting students develop their skills and employability for 18 years.

The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award is a flexible and varied programme designed to help you develop and articulate your skills in a way that enhances your employability and helps you stand out from the crowd when you apply for roles in the future. Open to all undergraduates and taught postgraduates it is delivered in partnership with the Students' Guild in 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ and the Students' Union in Penryn. The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award also helps join up the personal and professional development activities you might already be undertaking, or wanting to explore. 

The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award is now on My Career Zone.

You can complete the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award at any point throughout your studies and you have until you graduate to complete it. You can complete the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award at your own pace and if you’ve already undertaken eligible activities, these will appear on your Pathway. 

How to achieve the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award


The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Leaders Award

Completing The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Award is a pre-requisite for registering for the  51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Leaders Award. However, there is nothing to stop you attending Leaders Award activities in readiness – they will then show as completed in your Leaders Award profile when you register.
